Design on Demand ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Shopify app.
We collect store information (name, domain, email) provided by Shopify during app installation, customer photos uploaded for design generation, and order details necessary for fulfillment.
We use your information to prepare custom artwork, process orders through the print provider configured by the merchant, and improve our services.
We share data with Google for design generation and with the merchant's configured print-on-demand provider for order fulfillment. Depending on the store's configuration, that provider may be Gelato, Printify, or Printful. Each service has its own privacy policy.
Customer source photos are deleted no later than 30 days after upload, or sooner after a deletion request or shop removal. Generated designs and order records follow separate operational and legal retention periods. You may request data deletion at any time.
