Design on Demand is operated by Jovial Yellow LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Shopify app.
We collect store information (name, domain, email) provided by Shopify during app installation, customer photos uploaded for design generation, and order details necessary for fulfillment.
We use your information to prepare custom artwork, process orders through the print provider configured by the merchant, and improve our services.
We share data with Google for design generation and with the merchant's configured print-on-demand provider for order fulfillment. Depending on the store's configuration, that provider may be Gelato, Printify, or Printful. Each service has its own privacy policy.
Customer source photos are deleted no later than 30 days after upload, or sooner after a deletion request or shop removal. Generated designs and order records follow separate operational and legal retention periods. You may request data deletion at any time.
We count visits to this website without cookies. For each visit we keep the page, the site that sent you, any campaign tags in the link, your country and your type of device. We do not store IP addresses, and visits cannot be linked to you. We also use cookieless analytics from Cloudflare, which counts page views the same way.
When you use the contact form on our website, your name, email, store link and message are emailed to our team inbox so we can answer you. They are not stored in the app's database and are not used for marketing. You can ask us to delete that email at any time.
