Design on Demand ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Shopify app.
We collect store information (name, domain, email) provided by Shopify during app installation, customer photos uploaded for design generation, and order details necessary for fulfillment.
We use your information to generate AI-designed products, process and fulfill orders through print-on-demand providers, and improve our services.
We share data with Google (Gemini AI for design generation) and your chosen print-on-demand provider (Gelato, Printify, or Printful) for order fulfillment. Each provider has their own privacy policy.
We retain your data for as long as your app is installed. Customer photos and designs are retained for the duration of the order lifecycle. You may request data deletion at any time.
