These terms govern your use of Design on Demand ("the App"), a Shopify application for AI-powered print-on-demand. By installing the App, you agree to these terms.
Design on Demand provides AI-generated product designs from customer photos, integrated with print-on-demand fulfillment providers. We use Google Gemini AI for design generation.
You agree to use the App in compliance with Shopify's terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not infringe on third-party rights.
AI-generated designs are provided for your commercial use on products fulfilled through the App. You retain ownership of any photos uploaded by your customers.
The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for print quality, shipping delays, or issues arising from third-party provider services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
